Welcome to the Dutch National Counter for Childcare complaints


The national counter for childcare complaints provides information to parents/caretakers and parent committees on the options available in solving a complaint about childcare in the Netherlands. The counter is formally part of the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards in the Hague and has been established in cooperation with stakeholders in the field of childcare in order to strengthen the position of parents within Dutch Childcare and enable swift dispute resolution between parents/caretakers/parental committees and the childcare providers.
